        The house at 611 Gill Avenue is available for purchase.  This property, located at the major entrance into Historic Fourth & Gill, has generated a lot of interest in the neighborhood for many years and is now for sale through Community Development Homemakers Program.  A group of Fourth & Gill residents interested in the restoration of this property is considering the creation of an LLC to purchase and restore the house.  You are invited to a meeting to discuss the possibilities!!
